Once first turntable and a stack full of 30's, 50's ,60's and 70's records
started to spin in Matej early age, there was no turning back and he was
captivated forever.
Passion and love for music and everything related to audio made him a
freelance writer, publicist, musician, designer, critic, philosopher
and audiophile for last 18 years. He is in constant search for musicality in
broad specter of audio gear. His respect for quality audio manufacturing,
recording and mastering brought him in contact with many legends in music
industry and with people that changed audio industry; like: Steve Hoffman,
Bob Katz, Bob Olhsson, Flemming Rasmussen, Paul McGowan, Daniel
Weiss, Chad Kassem, James Tanner, John McDonald and many more.
Driven by the quest for real quality and specially musicality in consumer
and high-end audio solutions, he's always curious about the current state of
the audio industry and constantly exploring the vast universe of audio gear,
ideas and new approaches.
Even after 17 years he's still as passionate musician, music lover,
researcher and audiophile as he was at the start.
